Sorry! Because I'm bad at writing public journals, I'll be translating the Bill of Rights into Lojban.

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

My translation, more literally:

No law shall be passed by Congress such that the law supports a religion or such that the law limits worship or expression or peaceful groups or petitions to the government.
